Hyaluronic Acid

What is hyaluronic acid?

Think of hyaluronic acid as a boost of moisture! Hyaluronic acid, known as “HA”, is a complex sugar molecule that is produced in the dermal layer of the skin. HA hydrates by drawing water into the outer layers from deep within the skin and holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water.

HA has moisturizing and anti-aging benefits making skin softer, smoother, plumper and reducing fine lines and wrinkles. HA should be used every day and can be delivered into the skin in a variety of skincare formulations, including serums, moisturizers and moisturizing masks. Using HA in the morning will leave your skin hydrated and refreshed. Using HA at night helps replenish moisture that was lost throughout the day.

Happy hydrating:)
