Morpheus8
Morpheus8 is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedure that pairs microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy. It uses tiny needles to deliver RF energy deep into your skin, creating micro lesions that trigger your body’s natural healing response and promote production of new collagen and elastin, to firm and remodel skin.
What makes Morpheus8 unique: Morpheus8 uses microneedling and RF at the same time. It has the ability to penetrate deeper into the skin than microneedling alone, going as deep as 4mm plus up to another 1mm of tissue heating.

The process:
As with all of our treatments and procedures at True, we begin with a one-on-one, no charge consultation to assess your concerns and see if you are a candidate for Morpheus8.
Typically, Morpheus8 is done in a series of 3 sessions (one month between treatments) and then reassessed.
Our team always advises that you plan your procedure accordingly as ,post treatment, you may experience redness and slight swelling. These potential side effects will be discussed with you in your consultation.
What to expect:
In your consultation, you will be given pre and post care instructions.
A numbing cream will be applied to the treatment area for comfort.
The treatment itself is very quick - less than 30 minutes for face and neck.
Post treatment, your Medical Aesthetician will send you home with an ointment that will enhance the healing time.
Post Treatment Instructions:
DON’Ts:
No heat exposure for 48 hours
Do not do aggressive exercise for 48 hours
Do not apply active ingredients (such as retinols, AHA or other acids or scrubs) for 6 days.
Do not apply make-up for 48 hours
Do not go to a sunny destination for a minimum of 4 weeks
Do not exfoliate for a minimum of 14 days.
DO’s:
Use the ointment provided as directed
Moisturize often! It aids with healing.
Sunscreen always!
